A Senior Market Research Associate at Illuminas works closely with a team of researchers and supports the design and execution of market research projects. The primary role of this position is to ensure the quality and timely operation of every process throughout the project lifecycle.


    • Support all phases of custom quantitative and qualitative research studies
    • Proactive management of internal and external project timelines and ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
    • Communicate the status of projects on a weekly basis to clients
    • Lead all vendor calls
    • Manage communication between the research team and internal and external resources
    • Develop screener and classification sections of quantitative questionnaires
    • Ensure that survey and sample plan designs meet Illuminas standards
    • Perform quality assurance processes on survey data to ensure validity in conjunction with Data Processing team
    • Incorporate client feedback into screeners, questionnaires, and discussion guides
    • Troubleshoot quantitative and qualitative issues that arise in the field
    • Proactively manage programming and testing of online surveys
    • Manage data collection and recruitment
    • Develop data analysis plans, including advanced analytic techniques
    • Drive the development of graphical reports or final research deliverable

Requirements

The ideal candidate wants to be part of a team of researchers dedicated to solving complex business problems.

  • 3-7 years of experience supporting quantitative and/or qualitative market research projects
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organization, time management and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience and/or expertise in the technology industry a plus


The pay range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 per year, plus annual bonus, with excellent career development and progression possibilities in a rapidly growing organization. We take into consideration an individual’s background and experience in determining final salary.
