A Market Research Associate at Illuminas works closely with a team of researchers and supports the design and execution of market research projects. The primary role of this position is to ensure the quality and timely operation of every process throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support all phases of custom quantitative and qualitative research studies
- Develop project timelines and ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
- Communicate the status of projects on a weekly basis to clients
- Coordinate between the research team and internal and external resources
- Contribute to the development of research content
- Coordinate the programming and testing of online surveys
- Manage data collection and recruitment
- Develop data analysis plans, including advanced analytic techniques
- Drive the development of graphical reports or final research deliverable
Requirements
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate wants to be part of a team of researchers dedicated to solving complex business problems.
- 2+ years of experience supporting quantitative and/or qualitative market research projects
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organization, time management and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience and/or expertise in the technology industry a plus
